Terms of services agreement
By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below. These terms are subject to change without notice, but any revisions will not apply to ongoing projects without your consent.
1. Payment
• A 50% deposit or full payment is required upfront.• Do NOT send payment until the Artist has confirmed your order and added it to the queue.Accepted Payment Methods:
• For local payments: GCash or Maya• For international payments: Wise. Non-Wise users can pay using the provided bank details through their own bank or app.
If preferred payment method is unavailable, they may commission the Artist through Vgen
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the Client after work has begun. If the Client chooses to cancel, the Artist will provide the unfinished work as is.
2. Communication
• The Artist will send an invoice after the commission details are confirmed. Work will begin only after payment is received.• Communication will primarily be through Gmail.• Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be provided to the Client. These updates will be sent with watermarks and in low resolution.• The Client may request up to 3 minor revisions per stage (sketch and final). Additional revisions will incur extra charges.• Major changes after the final version is approved will result in additional fees.• The Client is advised to respond within 48 hours on any inquiries and updates to keep the project on track.• The Client must inform the Artist in advance whether the project is for personal or commercial use.
3. Turnaround Time
• Estimated turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks depending on the complexity of the project and current queue.• Delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
4. Usage Rights
4.A Editable Files
• Editable files are provided for commercial commissions only.• For personal use commissions, only high-resolution PNG/JPEG files will be delivered unless otherwise discussed.
4.B Client (Personal Use)
• All commissions are for personal use only, which includes:
• Printing for personal display
• Using as a profile picture or banner
• Sharing on personal social media accounts with proper credit to the Artist
• Gifting
• The Client or the intended recipient of the commissions may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork for profit.
4.C Client (Commercial Use)
• If the Client intends to use the commissioned artwork for any reasons not stated in Section 4.B, An additional fee will apply.
4.D Artist Rights
• The Artist retains copyright of the artwork and may showcase it in their portfolio or on social media unless otherwise agreed.• If the Client requests privacy, they must inform the Artist in advance.
5. Client Limitations
• Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.• Do NOT edit, trace, or alter the artwork without permission.• Do NOT use the work for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes.
